Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls and resolving service-related inquiries from both internal and external customers. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate relevant information to appropriate departments and follow up as needed.
  • Manage difficult or escalated situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Gather and assess required information to respond to product and service inquiries.
  • Provide customers with accurate pricing, delivery, or service details.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Learn and retain job-related information through on-the-job training and instruction.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
  • Use computers and required software effectively.
  • Maintain a professional, cooperative, and positive attitude.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
